These terms govern the use of www.qentratech.com and its subdomains. Using the site means accepting them.

Who runs this site

The site is published by QENTRA. Contact for any question about these terms: contact@qentratech.com. Hosting is provided by Namecheap, Inc.; the servers used for this site are in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

What the site is for

The public part of this site describes what QENTRA builds and how it works with organisations. It is information, not an offer to contract. Nothing on it constitutes professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Accuracy, and where a product is not finished

Every product page states its actual status. Where something is a prototype or still in design, it says so on its own page. That labelling is deliberate and should be relied on: an entry marked "prototype" is not available to buy, whatever else the page says about it.

Accounts and restricted areas

Several subdomains are restricted and require a sign-in. Accounts are issued by QENTRA and are personal — they must not be shared, and any use made through an account is treated as made by the person it belongs to. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised. Access may be withdrawn at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain access to any part of the site you have not been given access to, probe or test its security without written permission, interfere with its availability, or extract its content in bulk by automated means. Security research is welcome under the terms set out on the Security page.

Intellectual property

The software, text, structure, designs and brand names on this site belong to QENTRA unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own information. You may not reproduce them commercially, or use QENTRA names or marks, without written permission.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites QENTRA does not control, including products running on other domains. Those sites have their own terms and their own handling of personal data.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. Reasonable care is taken to keep it available and correct, but no uninterrupted availability is promised for the public site. Availability commitments for a paid service are set out in that service’s own contract, not here.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Subject to that, QENTRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the public site.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the amended terms.

Law and jurisdiction

QENTRA operates in Morocco and in the Netherlands. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there. The governing law and competent court for any contract are set out in that contract.
