Cookie Management
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Only two cookies exist, both strictly necessary, and both listed in full below.
Why there is no cookie banner
A banner is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary — advertising, analytics, profiling. This site sets none of those. The only two cookies it sets are required to keep you signed in, and cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for do not require consent under the GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive. Rather than show a banner that asks permission for nothing, the cookies are simply listed here.
qsso — staff and client sign-in
Set when you sign in to a restricted area. It holds a signed token identifying the account and when the session expires; it holds no password. Marked HttpOnly, so no script can read it, and Secure, so it is only ever sent over HTTPS. It is a session cookie: closing the browser ends it, and it expires after eight hours regardless.
qdl — downloads access
Set after you verify an email address in the downloads area, so you are not asked for a code again on every visit. It holds a signed token containing the verified address. HttpOnly, Secure, and it expires after thirty days.
What is not set
No advertising cookie. No analytics cookie. No social-media pixel. No cross-site tracker. No cookie set by any third party.
Refusing or removing them
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking these two does not stop you reading the public site, but you will not be able to sign in or to keep access to downloads, because they are the mechanism by which those work.
Fonts
Typefaces are served from QENTRA’s own servers, so loading them contacts no third party and sets no cookie.
