- Reservations with a public booking page, availability and the messages that go with every stay
- Guests and their conversations in one inbox, with templates that fill themselves from the booking
- Housekeeping as a today-list: who arrives, who leaves, what has to be clean by when
- Owner statements produced from the same record the booking was made on — nothing retyped
- Multi-tenant: an agency runs several owners’ properties without them seeing each other
- A signed API so a door system, a channel or an accountant can be plugged in without a login

One record, from enquiry to statement.
The reason spreadsheets fail is that every step copies the previous one. Here nothing is copied.

Arrives by the booking page or by message; becomes a booking with a click.

Arrival time, guests, requests and the WhatsApp thread live on the booking itself.

Housekeeping reads the same record — the change-over appears on their list the moment the stay is confirmed.

The owner’s month is the sum of those records. No end-of-month reconstruction.
Chapter 02
Housekeeping knows before the guest arrives.
The today-list is not a separate app. It is the booking record, seen from the side of the person holding the linen — so a late check-out changes the cleaning order without anyone sending a message.
Chapter 03
Door keys that follow the booking.
With the QKEY module, a guest’s door access is issued when the stay starts and gone when it ends, from the same record. See QKEY.
