Qentra Commerce
Four shops runningOne engine. Four shops. Four different businesses.
A commerce engine built once and run for four shops in Morocco — tile adhesive, steel, coffee, plumbing — each with its own brand, catalogue, prices, delivery zones and back office, and every order ending in a WhatsApp conversation, because that is where customers here actually buy.

The interface
What it looks like to work in.
A drawing of the real layout, not a screenshot — the product sits behind a sign-in, and we will not fake one. Ask for a demonstration to see the live one on your own data.
What it does
- A catalogue with variants, quantities and “sur devis” for what is priced by conversation
- Cart to WhatsApp: the order is saved first, then the conversation opens with it already written
- Cash on delivery with a confirmation page and delivery zones down to the quarter of the city
- A back office with owner and employee roles, a stock ledger and every order’s history
- Interface texts and product sheets editable from the back office in French and in Darija
- Each shop under its own name and brand — the engine is invisible to the customer
Chapter 01
The order is saved before WhatsApp opens.
Moroccan customers finish a purchase in a conversation. The engine is built around that, not against it.
- 01
Basket or form
The customer picks products, or fills the cash-on-delivery form with their quarter.
- 02
Saved
The order is written to the shop’s database with a reference — before anything else happens.
- 03
WhatsApp opens
With the order already written out, to the shop’s own number.
- 04
Back office
The team sees it whether or not the message was sent. An unsent message never costs a sale.
Chapter 02
Darija is not a translation layer.
The Arabic pages are written, not generated, and a check runs after every change to catch any Latin word that slipped through — because a French label on an Arabic page is invisible to the person who put it there.
Chapter 03
Your shop, your brand.
Hamza Colle sells Weber but is not Weber; its logo is its own. Each shop gets its own name, colours, number and address, and the engine underneath is never mentioned to a customer.

Who it is for
Trades and small businesses in Morocco that sell physical goods and close the sale on the phone — and want a shop that respects how that works.
Live. Four shops run on it today; a fifth is set up in an afternoon, not a project.
